Mumbai, Nov 4:
Supreme Infrastructure India Limited has officially become debt-free after completing its Rs 2,200 crore one-time settlement (OTS) under a court-sanctioned Scheme of Compromise.
Executed within 24 hours of the NCLT Mumbai Bench’s October 28 order, the resolution beat the final October 31 deadline.
With final payouts made to State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, and Union Bank of India, the company has secured full No Dues Certificates from all 14 financial creditors.
The management-led restructuring under Sections 230–232 of the Companies Act resolves all legacy liabilities, clearing the runway for the infrastructure firm to resume new project bidding and operational expansion.
