GAVS partners global institutional investors for expansion

Chennai: Digital transformation services provider GAVS has announced that primary investor Basil Partners, an independent private equity company has brought in more investments into their portfolio companies by signing up with global institutional investors ‘Committed Advisors’ and ‘NewQuest Capital Partners’.

“We are extremely pleased that with the new investors coming in, GAVS Technologies will focus on strengthening operations across India and further expand our existing operations in the US, Middle East and Far East. This will help accelerate our IP development and business growth,” CEO, GAVS Technologies, Sumit Ganguli, said.

“We are committed to be a company that is focused on digital transformation through AI, Predictive Analytics and automation and create solutions that will help engender business objectives like improved time to market, reduce resource utilization,” Ganguli said.

“Our Zero Incident Framework TM, an AIOps Platform built on Machine Learning helps drive increase the system downtime, reduce incidents and superior user experience, thereby trend organizations to a Zero Incident Enterprise TM. We are very bullish about the adoption of digital technology in India and we want to evolve as a premier platform-based company from Chennai,” he added.

A release stated that GAVS has partnered with Academia, IIT Madras’ Robert Bosch Innovation Center, Great Lakes Institution of Management (GLIM) and KCG College of Technology.

Believing strongly that ‘India could be the next Israel’, Sumit said, “The present technological and geo-political forces that are affecting and impacting the world calls for a paradigm shift from classical Professional Services and Labour Arbitrage based engagements to Automation, Innovation and Smart Machines.”
