Kuchi Ice is Tamil film that will make us think about globalisation, says its director V Jayaprakash who was assistant for ace filmmaker Bharathiraja.
The shooting for Kuchi Ice began this week in Erode. Speaking about the film, director Jayaprakash said, “The movie tells a story that emotionally depicts how globalisation has affected lives and the society as a whole.”
Jayaprakash has earlier directed Sathisanam and Kadhal FM. Kuchi Ice is his third film. The film stars Nadodigal and Bigg Boss fame Bharani in the lead role along with newcomer Rathika.
The music is by Dhosh Nanda and Pazhanees K S cranks the camera. Jayabalan is producing the movie for Thirumalai Cine Dresses. Director Jayaprakash said filmmaking is progressing at a fast clip and will release by June end.
