Chennai: TANGEDCO has announced that electricity supply will be suspended in few places in city, Saturday, from 9 am to 4 pm for maintenance work.

According to a press release, the power supply will be resumed even before 4 pm if the works are completed. The power supply will be halted in the following areas.

Mogappair East: West End Colony (part), Golden Colony & Flats, Jeevan Bima Nagar, Radial House, T V S Colony and Avenue Part, Collector Nagar (Part), Olympic Colony, Akshaya Colony, Bakkiathammal Nagar, TNHB Flats, Periyar Street, Officer’s Colony, Krishna & Silver Aparts, Bharathiyar Street, Elango Nagar, Moorthy Nagar, Kalaivanar Colony, Padi Pudhu Nagar, Ram Nagar and Sakthi Nagar.

Alandur: MKN Road, Alandur, GST Road, Thiruvalluvar Nagar,Chakkarapani Street, Raja Street, Maduvankarai, Masudi Colony, Pillayar Koil Street, Link Road, Hopeman Street, Mahalakshmi Nagar, Shanthi Nikethan, SBI Colony, Kakkan Main Road, City Limit NGO Colony, Ambedkhar Nagar, Karunegar Street, Mastangoori Street, Policestatin (Adambakkam), Parthasarathy Nagar, Palandiammal Koil Street, Officers Colony and Thiruvalluvar Street.
