Chennai: Cunnan CA won the Puratham Junior Premier League by beating First Step CA by nine wickets in the Under-12 final held recently.
Batting first, First Step CA was bowled out for 64 runs in 22.4 overs PL Aravind Chokkalaingam and L Kishore Raghav taking two wickets each. Cunnan CA cruised to its target in 13.3 overs, losing only one wicket in the process to lift the title. Aravind Chockalingam was adjudged the man-of-the-Match.
