Hyderabad:Ā Indraganti Srikanta Sarma a veteran journalist, writer and lyricist passed away yesterday. He was aged 75.
A media report said SarmaĀ was unwell for some time and he died in his sleep in the early hours. Sarma is survived by his wife, daughter andĀ son Mohan Krishna, who is a prominent director.
Sarma hasĀ worked with the All India Radio and has worked in a Telugu magazine as the editor. He has writtenĀ ‘Malavika‘ and ‘Aalapana‘ among others.
