Hyderabad: Indraganti Srikanta Sarma a veteran journalist, writer and lyricist passed away yesterday. He was aged 75.
A media report said Sarma was unwell for some time and he died in his sleep in the early hours. Sarma is survived by his wife, daughter and son Mohan Krishna, who is a prominent director.
Sarma has worked with the All India Radio and has worked in a Telugu magazine as the editor. He has written ‘Malavika‘ and ‘Aalapana‘ among others.
