Chennai: RA. Nithish scored an unbeaten 113 to help DAV School Velachery beat Sunshine School in the Young Talents -FYNSEA Logistics Under 14 Winter Cup Inter-Academy Cricket tournament held here recently.

Riding on Nithish’s century, batting first, DAV scored 219 for the loss of five wickets in 30 overs. Chasing the huge total, Sunshine School could only manage 131 for the loss of six wickets.

DAV School Velachery 219 for 5 n 30 overs (RA Nithish 113 not out, Shrijith. V 58, Ashwath 3 for 31) beat Sunshine School 131 for 6 in 30 overs (Pranoy 29, D. Anaikait 2 for 17)

Bilvij Cricket Academy 97 all out in 27.1. Overs (Harsha 36, G Adithya 2 for 17, Bhargav Balaji 2 for 16) lost to Cricket Drome. 98 for 5 in 27.1 Overs (Nikhil 25 n.o, Siddharth Mukarji 2 for 22)
