The Tamilnadu cricketer is now set to use that cricketing intelligence combined with his wit and humour to put to test cricket fans from the region as he debuts as quiz master and host on the Tamil cricket quiz show, ‘Aattathukku Readya?’ The show will be aired on Star Sports 1 Tamil from 9 August onwards every Sunday at 1 pm.
On the quiz show, Ashwin said, “I have always been a great fan of quizzes and knowing Tamilnadu fans and their love for cricket, it is even more exciting. Hosting a cricket quiz is a great opportunity not only to connect with my fans and fans of cricket in general but it’s also to see how passionate youngsters are about the game today. I have also been doing quizzes in my personal capacity on social media to a great response. This is a bigger platform reaching a larger audience and more importantly the first cricket quiz in Tamil.”
