In a recent advisory meeting with DMK constituency observers, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin emphasized the importance of hard work in preparation for the upcoming elections, declaring, “We must strive to secure victory in 200 constituencies in the 2026 Assembly elections.”Stalin addressed the gathering, highlighting the success of the Women’s Rights Scheme and its positive reception among the public. He urged party members to focus on their responsibilities without worrying about external factors, assuring them that the party leadership would manage the overarching concerns. “The DMK alliance is strong. You must perform your assigned duties with excellence,” he stated.
Stalin reiterated the significance of determination in the party’s election strategy. “We must work diligently for the elections. Our target is clear: to win in 200 constituencies in the 2026 Assembly elections. I am confident we will achieve this goal,” he affirmed, calling on booth agents to execute their tasks effectively.
The Chief Minister also addressed concerns regarding constituency observers who might fear that their new roles would limit their chances of contesting in the elections. “Do not worry about securing seats just because you have been appointed as constituency observers. Opportunities will be provided to you,” he reassured the attendees.
With a robust strategy and clear objectives in place, Stalin’s leadership signals the DMK’s commitment to a focused campaign as they gear up for the elections. The party aims to build on its previous successes and strengthen its position in Tamil Nadu politics ahead of the 2026 elections.
