Police arrested 18 people, including the daughter of a music director, for allegedly hosting a party where drugs, including ganga, were reportedly served at a private hotel in Chennai.Acting on a tip-off, police conducted raids at the venue last night, seized the narcotic substances, and arrested the accused. Among those taken into custody were three women and the hotel manager.
FIRs have been registered against all involved, and the accused were produced before a court and subsequently remanded in judicial custody. The investigation is ongoing.
