Tamil Nadu Congress President Selvaperunthagai has dismissed the proposed alliance between AIADMK and TVK as nothing but a daydream. Speaking to reporters following a tribute event at Sathyamoorthy Bhavan in the city, he said that since TVK flags are being seen even at Congress gatherings, how can the AIADMK-TVK alliance claim exclusivity.He argued that Chief Minister Stalin is executing development works at a fast pace in each district, and that in Kanchipuram — unlike other districts — administrative approvals have been delayed unnecessarily. He called on the government to grant immediate sanctioning in all districts, not just selectively.
