It’s again a villain time for ace filmmaker Bharathiraaja who played a negative shade in Aayutha Ezhuthu. The veteran director has now agreed to play an antagonist in ‘Taramani’ hero Vasanth Ravi’s new film ‘Rocky’.
Sources close to the makers say, they initially had plans to approach Mysskin but due to his busy directorial commitments, they have roped in Bharathiraaja who plays a gangster in Rocky and Vasanth plays his right hand.
Directed by newcomer Arun Matheswaran, the new poster of the film featuring Vasanth Ravi and Bharathirajaa is out on the internet. Darbuka Siva of Enai Nokki Paayum Thota fame is composing the music for the film and Shreyas Krishna is cranking the camera.
Besides Rocky, Bharathirajaa is also playing a pivotal role in director Suseenthiran’s sports drama ‘Kennedy Club’ in which Sasikumar plays the lead.
