Communist Party of India (Marxist) Tamil Nadu secretary P. Shanmugam has written to Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay seeking action against the Chief Secretary and the Gujiliamparai Tahsildar over alleged attempts to restrict the participation of students and youth in protests organised by Left parties.
