Speaking to the media in Coimbatore, AIADMK general secretary and Leader of Opposition Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) accused the ruling DMK of opposing the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls because the DMK is unable to manipulate bogus votes for the 2026 assembly elections.
