The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) has registered a case against former AIADMK minister and sitting MLA SP Velumani, along with 10 officials of the Greater Chennai Corporation, over alleged irregularities in awarding tenders for stormwater drain construction and road relaying projects in 2018.
