Sleuths of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) conducted a surprise raid at the Nanganallur Electricity Board office in Chennai following complaints that bribes were being allegedly demanded for providing new electricity connections, effecting name transfers and replacing electricity meters.
