Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin shot a letter to the External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar seeking diplomatic initiatives to release the 34 fishermen from Tamil Nadu arrested by Indian Navy for allegedly crossing the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL).
