The Madras High Court has rejected the election petition filed by former DMK Minister K.R. Periyakaruppan challenging the victory of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) MLA R. Seenivasa Sethupathi from the Tiruppattur Assembly constituency in Sivaganga district.
