A notorious history-sheeter, Jagan, alias Kombu Jagan, met his demise during a police encounter in Thiruverambur. Jagan, aged 30, was wanted in connection with multiple criminal cases, including murder, and had earned a reputation as a prominent figure with 11 pending cases against him in various police stations across the state.
