Karnataka has intensified efforts to secure technical clearance for the proposed Mekedatu Balancing Reservoir Project, with Water Resources Minister N. Chaluvarayswamy meeting Central Water Commission (CWC) Chairman Anupam Prasad in New Delhi on Wednesday.
