BJP state president Nainar Nagenthran on Thursday said the return of O. Panneerselvam and T.T.V. Dhinakaran to the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) ahead of the 2026 Assembly elections cannot be ruled out, adding that political equations can change rapidly in Tamil Nadu.

Newly appointed Tamil Nadu BJP president Nainar Nagendran on Wednesday reaffirmed that expelled AIADMK leaders O. Panneerselvam (OPS) and T.T.V. Dhinakaran continue to remain part of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), while tactfully avoiding comments on the possibility of a coalition government in the state post the 2026 Assembly elections.
