The Southern Railway’s Chennai Division has commissioned 11 new foot overbridges (FOBs) during the 2025–26 financial year, strengthening passenger safety and convenience across its network. The bridges, installed at both major and smaller stations, aim to facilitate seamless movement between platforms without the need to cross railway tracks.
