Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has written to Union Minister of External Affairs S. Jaishankar, urging urgent diplomatic intervention over the growing number of Tamil Nadu fishermen and their fishing boats being apprehended by the Sri Lankan Navy in the Palk Strait and surrounding waters.
