Tamilnadu Governor RN Ravi was greeted with black flags during his visit to Mayiladuthurai today. Protesters from Dravidar Kazhagam, VCK and Communist parties waved black flags and raised slogans against the Governor for delay in forwarding the anti-NEET Bill to the President.
