Chennai, June 9: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered an FIR into alleged irregularities in Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) transformer procurement tenders, involving officials, unnamed public servants and private contractors.
