Chennai, June 9: Southern Railway has announced temporary changes to suburban EMU services between Chennai and Arakkonam from June 8 to June 12 due to engineering and maintenance works at Arakkonam railway yard. Several train services have been fully cancelled, while many others will be operated only up to Tiruvallangadu. Services between Tiruvallangadu and Arakkonam will remain suspended during the maintenance period.
