Chennai: The presence of an electric pole on the middle of the road has made the residents of West Balaji Nagar at Ambattur in the city to worry about their safety.
âDue to which the buses are forced to park on the middle of the road for the passengers to get in and frequent accidents are witnessed,â said Ramalingam, a resident.
In addition, the residents complain about the invisibility of the pole during the nights and it poses a great threat to commuters passing by and the residents.
