“I want to see more youth come forward to enrol in the Army and serve the country,” said actor-director Kamal Haasan.
Speaking at Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai on Sunday, where a major portion of his recent-release ‘Vishwaroopam’ 2 was shot, Kamal Haasan, said,”There are several opportunities for them. If my cinema and my encouragement does push them in the right direction, I will be most happy.”
He said,”The sequences featuring the army in the film turned out so well not just because of good actors, but thanks to the training and guidance that the OTA helped us with.”
Asked if he would make more movies based on the army, Kamal said that while he had several ideas and stories, he would rope in other actors.
‘Vishwarooopam’ 2, directed and enacted by Kamal also featured Pooja Kumar, Andrea, Sekar Kapur, Rahul Bose among others.
