Chennai: Prashant Chopra scored a century as Aruna Cricket Club defeated DSS Club by 39 runs in the TNCA Second Division match here.
Aruna posted 290 for nine in its 50 overs courtesy Prashant’s 104. The right-handed batsman was well supported by Nirmal Kumar, who was the side’s second top-scorer with 60 runs. The winner restricted DSS to 251 for eight in 50 overs.
