Expectations are high on Vishal starrer Sandakozhi 2 that will hit the screens for Ayudha Pooja.
Directed by Vishal, the movie stars Vishal, Keerthy Suresh, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Rajkiran, among others in the cast. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Speaking about the film, Varalaxmi, says, “There are lots of great moments for me while working in Sandakozhi 2. Working with Lingusamy sir was a great learning experience and I have done something out of my comfort zone for the first time. We shot without break in Dindugal and Karaikudi. The climax portion has come out really well and was really challenging.”
“In fact, my skin is more tanned while shooting continuously under hot sun. But I really feel it’s worth it and people will enjoy it. The film has everything to offer for audience. Sandakozhi 2 is commercial entertainer klaced with family elements and it will become a blockbuster,” says Varalaxmi.
Sandakozhi 2 will be simultaneously released in Tamil and Telugu with Vishal producing it for Vishal Film Factory. Besides Raj Kiran, Nandha Periyasamy, Arjai and Ganja Karuppu have been retained in the sequel as well.
