Chennai: Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will play the lead role in a movie titled Danny. It would be directed by Santhanamoorthy and produced by PG Muthiah and M Deepa. It also has Yogi Babu playing a meaty role. The shoot of the film began recently and the actress took to Twitter to announce this.

The music of the film is composed by Santhosh Dayanidhi, and Aanand Kumar is handling the cinematography.
