Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh police on Monday arrested a 17-year-old cyber stalker from Kurnool district on charges of sexually harassing a married woman over phone.
According to a release by police, the stalker had saved the number of the lady after receiving a missed call from her in November 2018. After that he had made repeated calls, sent abusive text messages and obscene pictures through WhatsApp to the woman to trap her for sexual pleasures.
The release claimed that even after the woman stopped responding to his calls, he started sending vulgar text messages and nude and objectionable pictures downloaded from porn sites and demanded sexual pleasures.
Child in Conflict with the Law was apprehended on Monday after receiving a complaint and produced him before the Juvenile Justice board.
