New Delhi: Hours after the Indian Air Force carried out air strikes on Pakistan terror camps today, Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar hailed the IAF.
He said the entire nation stands firmly behind the armed forces. “It was a necessary step required for the security of the country … it was an act of maha parakram,” he said.
He also noted that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi had already given a free hand to the armed forces to take necessary action against the perpetrators of Pulwama terror attack.
40 CRPF personnel were killed in the 14 February attack for which the Jaish-e-Mohammed had claimed responsibility.
