Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today hailed the Indian Air Force (IAF) for carrying out air strikes in Pakistan. “IAF also means India’s Amazing Fighters. Jai Hind,” Banerjee tweeted.
Today at around 3.30 am, Twelve IAF Mirage 2000 fighter jets crossed LOC and targeted Jaish-e-Mohammed camps in Balakot, Chakothi and Muzaffarabad along with JeM control rooms with laser-guided bombs and it went on for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, Pakistan has claimed that the IAF jets violated the LoC and the Nation’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has called for an emergency meeting to review the situation.
