Chennai: In an attempt to provide medical needs at the doorsteps of apartment complexes, Apollo Clinic has partnered with Apna Complex, an application providing apartment management and security solution, to set-up ‘society clinics’ chain in residential communities with 500 or more apartments in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.
A press release stated, “The clinics will offer a range of services such as consultations, diagnostics (blood collection for all tests), health screening, vaccinations, minor treatments (nebulisation, minor cuts/bruises, injections) and basic life support among others.”
“The right to quality healthcare must be considered an individual’s fundamental right and we are committed to enhancing the quality of lives by making healthcare services easily available and accessible to all individuals. Our partnership with Apna Complex will serve precisely this aim by bringing expert healthcare to large residential complexes,” said Apollo Clinic chief operating officer, Anand.
“We are not only focussing on medical treatments, but also on prevention and management of diseases. The application will also provide residents key health tips and advice from the doctors. An Apollo family physician will be available on site, while the entire set of specialists will be online or visit on call,” said Apna Complex CBO, Amit Tyagi.
