Chennai: An inquiry is underway after a manager of Saravana Stores at Ranganathan Street, T Nagar, lodged a complaint that two employees of the shop indulged in theft.
According to the police, Justin Michael (45) registered the complaint against Saravanan (36) of Villupuram who is a salesman and Senthil Kumar (49) of Velacheri who worked as a security guard.
The men allegedly stole dresses, slippers and two bags worth Rs 10,000. Saravanan stuffed he items into a bag and Senthilkumar helped him, it is alleged. Mambalam police are conducting investigations.
