Chennai: HDFC Bank won the TBSCA league cum knockout trophy, T20 pink ball tournament, organised by the Blue Sky cricket academy, beating Rising Stars CC by 20 runs at MCC School, Chetpet, recently.
Batting first, HDFC Bank posted 174 on the board, riding on M Koushik’s 49 not out. Chasing the total, Rising Stars could only manage to score 154 for the loss of six wickets as HDFC Bank won the summit clash to lift the trophy.
In the prize distribution ceremony, S Hariharan, public relation officer and B Sivathanu Venkatesh, tournament coordinator, V G Lakshmi Raj, tournament organiser and L Govardhan, tournament manager participated.
