Chennai: Kanni Rasi is a comical entertainer and I could not control my laughter during narration, says actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.
Directed by Muthukumaran, has music by Vishal Chandrasekar. Produced by King Movie Makers, it features Vemal as hero. The cast includes Pandiarajan, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar, and Kali Venkat.
Speaking about the movie, Varalaxmi, says, “It’s an energetic team and we all had fun while shooting.”
Asked about her co-star Vemal, she says, “Vimal is a good performer and easy going person. It was a new experience working with him.”
Heaping laurels on Muthukumaran, she said, “He is a wonderful filmmaker. He was very adorable and fun-loving.”
Vemal, on his part, said, “The movie has shaped up so well. My forthcoming movies will have different genres.”
“Thanks to my scenes with Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, and Kaali Venkat, the film will provide complete entertainment to the audiences. Though I’ve paired opposite many actresses, Varalakshmi got the characteristics and braveness of a man,” he adds.
