Chennai: J Md. Naimuddin Aashef and J Jasper scored unbeaten centuries for Kendriya Vidyalaya no 1 against Vels Vidhyashram University Campus in the CDCA Inter School Cricket Tournament played at Sumangali Cricket Grounds, Santoshapuram.

Batting first, Naimuddin and Jasper shared an unbroken 225 Runs opening wicket partnership for Kendriya Vidyalaya. Naimuddin remained unbeaten on 107 not out off just 56 Balls with his knock comprising 12 fours and five sixes while J Jasper scored 106 off 65 balls with 13 fours and three sixes. Chasing 226, Vels Vidyashram only managed 106 for the loss of eight wickets.
