Chennai: ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciouness) Chennai is starting an online course titled ‘Kovil Katha’ for children in the age group 6-12 years.
It is a 30-hour course on ten temples in India, said a press release, adding: “First batch starts on 25 May.”
Audio and video lessons will be posted for 10 days through WhatsApp or e-mail. “The camp will include Stories, Bhajans, slokas, art and craft activities for each lesson. Mantra meditation will also be taught. All course content is developed by expert faculty in each area. Children can take it at their own pace and complete within next 10-30 days,” it said.
Online support is available by trained teachers. There is an online worksheet to be completed at the end of every lesson. Course completion certificate will be provided.
