Chennai: An eye donation camp was conducted by Tamilnadu Makkal organisation at Chennai MMDA Govt School to mark Gandhi Jayanthi.
According to a press note, 58 persons donated their eyes to Agarwal Eye Hospital on the occasion.
Donors were honoured by Assistant Commissioners of Police R Srikanth and M Royappan. Chief guests were Tamil Scholar Dr PSP Vijay Bala, Sathya and Dr Rajiv. Vote of thanks was delivered by Suresh.
