Chennai: Deepavali, the most anticipated and widely celebrated festival of lights by sharing joy and happiness is round the corner.
After experiencing the admiration for the maiden Deepavali lighting festival at House of Hiranandani Township in OMR Chennai last year, the second edition of the festival is being held now. It started on 12 November and will go up to 16 November. However, due to Covid-19, the event will remain restricted to residents only.
According to a statement, the lighting festival will bring together residents on a common platform to celebrate and enjoy together.
The festival comprises an impressive lighting decor across the township, a flea market, distribution of over 2000 diyas among residents and a donation programme.
