Chennai: PMK suffered a jolt today as its deputy general secretary Sridhar quit the party and joined DMK today in Salem.
PMK is fighting Assembly elections in AIADMK, BJP alliance. Also, Pudukottai district secretary of PMK Dharani Ramesh, Sivaganga secretary Albert Raja besides 300 cadres of the party from various districts joined the DMK today.
With just 20 days to go for Tamilnadu Assembly elections, this has come a shock to PMK which is contesting in 23 seats in the NDA alliance.
