Chennai: Shweta Tiwari recently opened up about her ex-husband Abhinav Kohli. The actress said he gave her an open threat and revealed that he would record their conversations.
Shweta Tiwari got candid about her two broken marriages in an interview. Shweta was married to Raja Chaudhary and has a daughter, named Palak, from the relationship. She has a younger son, Reyansh, born in 2016, from her second marriage with Abhinav Kohli.
Shweta has accused both Raja and Abhinav of being abusive husbands and is estranged from both of them now.
“Palak saw me getting beaten up, she saw women coming. She has seen everything when she was just 6 years old and I had decided to take this step. Palak has seen all that trauma, police coming to the house, her mom going to the police. My son, he is just 4 years old and he knows about police, judges and it is not just because of me,” she said.
“I know my kids are in this mess because of me. Itâs because I chose the wrong men. That was my fault, not theirs. But they are going through this, with me, strong and smiling. I never tell them, âdonât miss your fathersâ. I never tell them donât talk to them. But they donât and I donât know why. Because they get scared, they are scared of this trauma, they want to be happy and I donât blame them for it,” she added.
