Reminding on of MGR’s Pallandu Vaazhga where MGR takes it on him to reform a gang of criminals. WithvKarthi at the helm of affairs, the movie is racy and with enough commercial elements it manages to leave an impact.
Sulthan (Karthi) is a robotic engineer who visits his dad in Chennai. His father Sethupathi (Napolean) promises a village that he would save them from a gangster named Jayaseelan (KGF Ram) who destroys the agricultural lands and beats up the farmers. Sadly, Sethupathi gets killed kn an encounter.The new Commissioner of Police (Hareesh Peradi) tells Sulthan that he wants to clean up the city and hence, will be knocking off all aides of Sethupathi.
Sulthan requests the commissioner to give him one chance and promises that his gang members will not take up violence. The team goes to a village and what happens them forms the rest.
Karthi has done a fabulous job and action scenes are major highlight. Karthi doesn’t fail to entertain his fans. Rashmika who makes her debut in Tamil does well. There is KGF Ram.whoa oozes villaniam well. Yogi Babu manages to tickle your funny bone. Lal gets enough screen space and delivers his best. Sathyan Sooryan’s cinematography is bright and beautiful.
