Chennai: CMS Info Systems Limited has said it will open its bid /offer in relation to its initial public offering on 21 December, 2021.
In a statement, the company said the Price Band of the offer has been fixed at Rs 205 to Rs 216 per equity share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 69 equity shares and in multiples of 69 equity shares thereafter.
The company plans to raise funds via initial public offer through offer for sale of equity shares aggregating upto Rs 1,100 crore.
