Chennai: Advent International has announced the completion of the merger of its portfolio companies Dixcy Textiles Pvt. Ltd and Gokaldas Intimate wear Pvt. Ltd, the parent company of brand Enamor, to create Modenik Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.
