Review: Mudhalum Nee Mudivum Nee

Popular Music composer Darbuka Siva turns filmmaker with Mudhalum Nee Mudivum Nee. Out in Zee5, it is a sweet story on 90s kids. Produced by Sameer Bharat Ram (Super Talkies), it stars Amritha Mandarin, Purva Raghunath, Harish.K, Kishen Das Sharan Kumar among others.
Cinematography  is by Sujith Sarang, editing by Sreejith Sarang and art by Vasudevan.
The movie is about a  few Plus Two students who are studying arts group in a school. They have their own likes and dislikes. Campus fun and crackle is their life. Love, anger, possessiveness all find a place.
They meet after several years at a reunion.  And times have changed so do their lives.
All the artistes play their part well. Kishen Das, Purva, Harish chip in their best. The realistic portrayal of incident from the classroom in 90s makes it an interesting watch.
Besides directing, Darbuka Siva has scored music too. It adds strength to the fun-filled episodes in the movie.
Backed by a string writing, the movie has engrossing moments and a realistic second half with convincing performance. Mudhalum Nee Mudivum Nee will leave a smile on your face.
