Naisha Bhargabi practices kickboxing to keep herself in supreme fitness and she packs a punch.

The young singer-cum-actor is making a name for her slowly and her fitness game is right up there with the very best.

She practices kickboxing and that’s something that is intense and takes a lot of us. Kickboxing is great for not just physical fitness but also great for the mental game. It always engages the mind and the body and brings rhythm to the body and who better knows about rhythm than a singer.

She says, ‘Kickboxing truly is a form of life for me personally. It’s not for everyone but it gets all the toxicity out of me and as I leave the mat, I am beaming with positive energies. It makes me go inwards and get the best out of me. I try and look for the deep reserves of energy within me and the sport forces the mind to be just in the moment. We all know of people accomplishing enormous things just with focus and that’s what it forces me to do. It’s a great cardiovascular activity but again it’s for a few. I can go on and on about it. It has to be experienced to believe and consistency really helps. Let’s stay safe and take accountability. The situation is not completely over and we need to adhere to protocols.’
