Chennai: Tamilnadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has assured the State Assembly that the ruling DMK would provide jobs to health workers once the litigation process in the Supreme Court ended.
Intervening an AIADMK member during the budget debate, he said the healthcare workers were appointed by the DMK government led by Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.
However, the subsequent AIADMK government had moved the court challenging their appointment and obtained a stay in the Apex Court.
Once the matter ends in the Supreme Court, the DMK government will provide jobs to them, Stalin said.
